Entrepreneurship requires both strong management skills, along with necessary tools to identify and execute innovation opportunities. Entrepreneurs are essential to economic growth for every country and innovation is a component if skills required to succeed. This course will allow you to learn the theory and apply it in group work. In each group you will develop a concept and investigate it market size, prospects, channels, alliances, resources, activities, revenue streams, and expenses to innovate within varied business models.
