DESCRIPTION

This course is an introduction to Contract Law. Students will learn the rules governing the terminations of contracts, the penalties attached to them, the consequences of contracts, the contractual liability with a brief presentation of the French legal system down to the causes of termination of contracts; The existence of European Contract Law in view of the increasing weight of international exchanges. It will also cover the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the international sale of goods.
