DESCRIPTION

The student is able to function naturally, with little effort in different cultural interactions, since he or she has enough linguistic resources that allows him or her to communicate fluently and spontaneously in situations with a certain degree of complexity or external interference. In addition, he or she also recognizes the denotative and connotative meaning of dialectal Spanish expressions. He or she can comment on criteria such as: religion, politics, art and history, as well as specific aspects of each culture of our Latin American countries.

This course answers the question: How to interact with Latin American natives in different cultural contexts, through the effective and efficient use of the dialectal variables of American Spanish?

To answer this question, the countries of Central America and South America will be studied as thematic axes. Historical aspects of the Conquest and its influence on dialectal diversity.

Este curso pretende dar una muestra representativa de dialectos de la comunidad lingüística latinoamericana; la cual tiene una diversidad en aspectos: fonológicos, morfológicos y léxicos.

OBJETIVOS

Objetivo general
Resaltar el valor del habla auténtica de diferentes países latinoamericanos y a su vez comprender las manifestaciones culturales de las diversas comunidades.

Objetivos específicos
1. Utilizar material auténtico que apoye e ilustre elementos significativos de la lengua en diferentes regiones latinoamericanas.
2. Facilitar a través de entrevistas y películas hechos concretos que representen la comunidad cultural de Latinoamérica.
3. Usar diferentes ejercicios pedagógicos que identifiquen y distingan elementos del habla popular de diferentes países latinoamericanos.
4. Desarrollar destrezas en la lectura, la escritura y la escucha en aspectos sociolingüísticos, con el propósito de mayor comprensión de los fenómenos culturales.
