DESCRIPTION
This course investigates ethical problems in business practice. Topics include: personal morality in profit-oriented enterprises, codes of ethics, obligations to employees and other stakeholders, truth in advertising, whistleblowing, company loyalty, self and government regulation, the logic and future of capitalism, and the changing responsibilities of the manager in a rapidly globalizing business environment.
