DESCRIPTION
The private sector is the engine of national economic growth and wealth, fundamental to generate employment opportunities and improve the living conditions of people. Therefore, ULACIT strives to train professionals able to take advantage of the opportunities that globalization offers, and who are willing to seriously consider entrepreneurialism as a job option. In this course, students become familiar with the process of creating a business, from the origination of an idea to the set up of marketing, financial, legal, organizational and operational strategies. The purpose is to develop skills to undertake their own company and think creatively about the design of products and services that meet the needs of customers and users in the commercial and social field. All students will learn to develop a business plan as a team. The course ends with a business plan competition in an exhibition open to the public, in which each team "sells" to a third party their business ideas.
