DESCRIPTION

In this course the political and social situation of the Spanish population throughout the twentieth century will be discovered through some Spanish film productions chosen for their representativeness when considering the issues and the most important changes of Spaniard's lives. Each film represents an aspect of Spanish society which will be introduced by the teacher; presented, and then analyzed and discussed. Similarly a discussion will be held to discuss the proposed themes and compare, where appropriate, with parallel situations occurring in the country of origin of the student.
