Elements of Evaluation Theory: intervention logic, control groups, the concept of counterfactual.
Methodological problems of policy evaluation: causality, endogeneity and selection bias. Design of experiments: experimental, quasi-experimental and non-experimental designs; validity of the conclusions of an experiment.
