DESCRIPTION
The module aims to acquaint students with the objectives and functions of the EU, with its historical and future developments, and teach students about the manner in which the objectives of the EU are pursued. Students will also learn about the nature of rights conferred by the Treaties of the European Union. The module explores the tension between the various economic, political, social and cultural facets of EU law.
