DESCRIPTION
The Statistics course is part of the basic curriculum of the Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and is designed to give students the skills to solve mathematical problems related to statistics that they may encounter in their future academic and professional lives. Although the course is self-contained, a solid pre-university foundation in mathematics is required, particularly in areas such as set theory, combinatorial analysis, the concept of probability, the calculation of simple integrals, the concept of the definite integral, and the appropriate use of mathematical notation and language.
