DESCRIPTION
The course will focus on project management concepts, tools and methodologies. We will refresh the core PM tools that have been introduced to in year one and new project management terms, tools and concepts will also be covered (ex agility) Application of project management tools in groups to a concrete project with focus on sustainability will be required. The course will provide students with a deeper understanding of project management environment and tools in business contexts.
