DESCRIPTION
This course is composed of 10 class sessions consisting of the presentation and discussion of the basic concepts, the analysis of case studies, exercises and a simulation. The structure of the course is designed to highlight the role of operations and supply chain management (OSCM) as a critical link between the operational and the strategic levels. The focus of the course starts with the strategic level and progressively moves towards the operational level.
