DESCRIPTION

This course introduces engineering students to the principles of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology commercialization. It equips students with the skills needed to transform technical ideas into viable products, services, or startups. The course explores innovation processes, creativity techniques, design thinking, and lean startup methodologies. Students will learn how to identify opportunities, validate ideas, design business models, and pitch technology-driven ventures. The course combines theoretical frameworks with practical exercises, case studies, and project development.
