The Visa Operations Team is our resident group of visa specialists, guiding students and partner institutions through every stage of the journey. From biweekly webinars for current applicants to batch passport pickup events, our Visa Operations Specialists are here to offer clarity and make the often‑daunting visa application process more manageable. 

Jalan Gunning (she/her/hers), Visa Operations Manager for CEA CAPA, leads and supports a team of five dedicated and highly knowledgeable professionals. Together, they work across all program locations behind the scenes to ensure students are fully prepared with the documentation they need before departure. Prior to joining CEA CAPA, Jalan served as a Student Advising and Enrollment Coordinator with Barcelona SAE, where she supported all students requiring a Spanish visa. 

Jalan and her team are developing several new initiatives to further strengthen student support—from Visa Voyage events to expanded student webinars.
