Updates from the Road
This fall, campuses across the country have been buzzing - not just with the sound of students settling into classes, but with the unmistakable energy of our bigger and better combined team bringing a wider world of offerings to their doorsteps.
Our fall fair season has officially entered its golden era: we’re talking iced coffee bars, ice cream pop-ups, bullseye raffles, and yes - a popsicle truck. But at the heart of it all? Meaningful conversations, inspiring student stories, and a shared goal to make studying abroad more accessible for every student we meet.
Over the past weeks, our newly integrated team has hit the road - and the sidewalks, student unions, libraries, dining halls, and every patch of grass a folding table will fit on - to meet students where they are. Literally.

Pop-Ups, Popsicles & Proud Mom Vibes
This season isn’t just about an expanded team and network - it is about connections. On campuses coast to coast, every stop brought its own spark. Special engagements like Health and Safety presentations, FYE discussions, and First-Gen Student workshops opened up space for honest conversations about travel, safety, identity, and belonging abroad - and reminded us why we do what we do.

We’ve seen lines of students that stretch across quads, fair tables turned into mini global gateways, and enough caffeine-fueled enthusiasm to power a small city. There have been raffles, road trips, and the occasional case of “I-lost-my-voice-from-talking-to-so-many-students” (worth it). And yes, a few thousand popsicles may have been consumed in the process.

But some of the best moments are always when alumni swing by to share how study abroad changed their lives. One student’s parents even shared how when they visited their son abroad, they barely recognized the confident, independent traveler he’d become.
That’s the magic that study abroad delivers.

Stronger Together, In Every Zip Code
This fall has been about more than showing up - it’s been about showing students what’s possible through the power of our combined organizations. With CEA CAPA, CIS Abroad, Barcelona SAE, Atlantis, and Lex all officially on the same team, our presence is stronger, our impact deeper, and the breadth and depth of our study abroad program offerings are simply unmatched.

Whether we were hosting a session on risk management, running raffles in the quad, or assisting with student visas at Consulates across the country, we’re making international education accessible - one campus (and coffee cart) at a time.

The fall season is far from over, and we have so many partners and students we are still looking forward to connecting with. Our sneakers are laced and our merch stocked - we’re just getting started!
