Learning the Foods of Florence

November 29, 2016
by Patrick Casey

With a professional chef, CEA offers a cooking class to any and all of the students studying abroad in Florence. Learning how to cook gnocchi, pasta, eggplant soufle and chocolate lava cake all from scratch is "molto delizioso!" It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to cook in a city and country known for its exquisite food and culinary art. I recommend this for anyone who comes to Italy.

Patrick Casey is the Fall 2016 CEA MOJO in Florence, Italy. He is currently a junior studying Communications at Sacramento State University.
