Prep: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes at 350°F
⅔ cup granulated sugar
1 cup flour
5 oz. butter
½ tbs. baking soda
½ cup raisins
1 tsp. rum
Directions: Mix eggs and sugar until dissolved. Slowly incorporate softened butter. Sift in flour and baking soda a little bit at a time. Fold in raisins and rum. Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Let cool, serve and enjoy!
