An empanada is a traditional stuffed bread hailing from Argentina. They are delicious. There are empanadas all over the world, but the ones in Argentina are best. They are stuffed with pretty much anything, but the most common are meat-stuffed empanadas (go figure). My friends and I took a class on how to make them, so I took a few videos to remember -and of course to share with the rest of the world. Enjoy!

Mackenzie Baird is the Spring 2015 MOJO Photographer in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is currently a junior at Ohio State University.
