About the Program

Spend a summer or semester in the heart of the theatrical worldLondon! With the CEA CAPA Theatre Studies program, you'll learn about diverse areas of theatre including performance, management, drama as literature, production and technical theatre, or even and theatre's relationship with social justice. Take advantage of experiential opportunities such as building productions in CEA CAPA's own black box theatre space, or through an internship placement with a local arts organization. London offers endless ways to engage with theatre, many of which are included as program activities: see shows from reimagined classics to bold new works; explore museum collections devoted to theatre history; enjoy street performances in Covent Garden; or tour iconic venues from Shakespeare's Globe to the Royal Opera House.
