Note: Additional cultural activities/excursions or required course-related activities may be incorporated into your final itinerary. You are advised not to make personal travel arrangements until you have the final dates.

Orientation

MANDATORY CEA Orientation will be held.
June 20
Arrival/Program Begins

Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Florence airport (FLR, "Amerigo Vespucci") on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Eligible students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.
June 21
Orientation

MANDATORY SRISA Orientation will be held.
June 22
Classes Begin

Classes begin at SRISA on this day.
June 25
Excursion

Included Daytrip CEA Excursion to Siena, with Welcome Lunch.
July 08 - 09
Excursion

Included Overnight CEA Excursion to Venice.
July 19
Farewell Reception

SRISA evening art show & banquet.
July 19
Classes End

Last day of classes at SRISA.

Program Ends/Move-Out

Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than 12:00 noon on this day.
