DESCRIPTION
This course is an introductory course to Project Management. In this course students will learn how to manage a project as a process: identifying key players, breaking down the activities, scheduling the work and executing the activities. Also, the course addresses the leadership issues that arise when dealing with an heterogeneous group of team members, as it is usually the case in project management.
