This subject analyzes the natural environment for tourism development, location patterns and territorial management. The relationships between the natural environment and tourism are object of study, including location factors at different scales, together with the analysis of the main tourist regions of the world. It is a basic subject from the territorial analysis point of view that gives students theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The assessment of tourist development process all over the world provides students a critical awareness and different tools for professional development in the field of tourism.
Course will consist of 60hrs of in class work and 90 hrs of independent work outside the classroom.
