DESCRIPTION

This module is on Religion, Conflict and Law. As a student you learn to understand the nature of a conflict in general and of religious conflicts specifically. This applies to the micro-, meso- and macrolevels. Moreover, you gain insight in several types of conflict resolutions both from the perspectives of secular law and religious law/religions. You will learn to apply and evaluate alternative types of conflict resolutions.
