DESCRIPTION
Students learn how to develop a cognitive dialogue agent (GOAL) that uses Google's DialogFlow and builds on the information state update and natural conversation framework of Robert Moore. A conversational agent for the cooking domain will be developed. The agent will be a voice assistant that is able to talk someone through a recipe.
