Position Description

Dive into Computer Services, a vital field dedicated to the comprehensive management and support of computer systems and hardware. Some duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting with Technical Support: Help provide technical support by troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, assisting users with common technical problems, and escalating more complex issues to senior staff.

2. Maintaining System Documentation: Assist in documenting system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure that technical information is accurate and accessible.

3. Supporting Software Installation: Help with the installation and configuration of software applications, ensuring that they are set up correctly and functioning as intended.

4. Monitoring System Performance: Assist in monitoring system performance and health by tracking key metrics, identifying potential issues, and reporting findings to IT teams.

5. Managing User Accounts: Help with creating, modifying, and managing user accounts and permissions, ensuring that access to systems and data is appropriately controlled.
