Salut!
Last weekend was quite the CEA blur. Not only did we have a our CEA weekend excursion, but we also had a cooking night where we learned how to make our own pizza dough and mousse.

On Saturday, we left early in the morning to travel all around the Provence area. We began in Arles, then moved on to the Chateau des Baux, and then stayed the night in Avignon where we enjoyed a lovely dinner.

The next day, we ventured to the Pope's palace in Avignon, then Pont du Gard, where the largest remaining aqueduct in the world stands, and then we finished our day at a winery with a tour and wine tasting.

Pizza and mousse night at the CEA office!

Kristen Kerr, our program director, taught us how to correctly mix together
olive oil, hot water, flour, and yeast to make cheap, yet tasty, dough

Van Gogh lived in Arles and much of his work was painted there.

Van Gogh painted this café, and it was repainted yellow since
he gave it a yellow tint in his painting.

In the distance, you can see the city of Marseille (France'e second largest city).
