You will receive a finalized itinerary once you arrive onsite.

Note: Additional cultural activities/excursions or required course-related activities may be incorporated into your final itinerary. You are advised not to make personal travel arrangements until you have the final dates.

Arrival/Program Begins

Official Program Start Date. Students must arrive at the Florence (FLR) airport on this date in order to be eligible for airport pickup. Students will then be transferred to their assigned housing.

September 01 - 03
Orientation

Mandatory CEA Orientation will be held.

September 06
Classes Begin

Classes begin at CEA & SRISA on this day.

October 22 - November 01
School Break

Fall Break. No classes will be held at CEA.

November 05
Make-Up Class

Make-up day for November 1 (Monday classes meet) will be held at CEA.

December 10
Farewell Reception

The SRISA Student Art Show and Reception will be held this evening.

December 18
Program Ends/Move-Out

Official Program End Date. Students must move out of housing no later than by noon on this day.
