DESCRIPTION
The subject gives to the professional of labor relations both theoretical and methodological tools in order to be able to analyze and understand the social framework where labor relations take place. The subject 'Sociology' is placed on the first course of this degree because of the need to give the students a basic knowledge about social reality in modern societies, where a new system of labor relationships has turned up.
