CEA Visa SupportOnce a student has been accepted into a program, he or she works with a CEA Site Specialist who's trained in country-specific immigration requirements. Each country has its own consulates, rules, and application processes. Though we can't change which documents are required or how many appointments a consulate offers each day, we can advise on the visa application process. Our goal is to make it as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Our Site Specialist team compiles consulate-specific visa requirements into detailed, step-by-step guides that walk students through the application process. These guides highlight visa requirements for U.S. and Canadian students, but we can also direct non-U.S. or -Canadian citizens to appropriate resources and information.
Partnering with UniversitiesOften, a student's home university may offer group appointments and visa advising, as well as provide the documents students need to obtain their visa. Many students are unware of this, and CEA prompts them to find out if their university can take care of their visa appointment for them. We can also provide universities with the CEA documents students will need to complete their visa application.
CEA conducts visa group appointments for Spain-bound students in some U.S. locations, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Miami, and New York. This gives many students enrolled in our Spain programs more than one way to obtain their visa in time.
