Here's what you get when you study abroad with CEA in Milan:
Generally located in Milan’s Porta Garibaldi neighborhood, shared student apartments are ideal for students who want to experience the city as a Milano would. Cook fresh Italian pasta in your kitchen and turn your apartment into a home away from home.
While CEA highly recommends living in our housing option provided, you also have the option to arrange independent housing. Are you dying to live in a specific Milanese neighborhood? Are you studying abroad with somebody you must have as your roommate? Independent housing could be the ticket for you.
Use the online housing application form to request permission for this option no later than the application closure date. If your request is approved, you will receive a rebate for your housing payment. However, CEA will not provide you with any assistance setting up independent housing. Keep in mind, rebates are not granted to students who move out of their CEA housing or choose to pursue independent housing arrangements after the application closure date.
Climb the Duomo
After exploring the iconic cathedral, students will make their way to the top for an unbeatable view of the city.
Students will learn to make authentic Italian food from a professional chef. Students will enjoy a meal with their peers and hopefully leave able to recreate the meal in the future. Tutti a tavola!
Hosted in Milan's famous Giuseppe Meazza Stadium, otherwise known as San Siro, students will enjoy a home Milano football game. The stadium seats over 80,000 people and is the largest in Italy and one of the largest Europe.
Students will spend a night in the theatre, immersed in the unique atmosphere of classics such as Nabucco by Italian composer G. Verdi.
Working & Living in a Foreign Country
This experience provided with me the opportunity to not only work, but also live in a foreign country with necessary resources and tools to get the most out of my experience! I highly encourage everyone to travel abroad, but this program is ideal for those who want to see if they would enjoy working and living abroad in their career or future.
