Why did you choose to study/intern abroad?
I chose to study abroad because I am very curious about other cultures and want to explore all the world has to offer.

Why did you choose your study/intern city?
I chose Rome, Italy, because of the historical architecture and art that make up the Eternal City. I also like that it is located near the coast, because I love to go the sea. It is also centrally located – making it a great "home base" for traveling!

What are you most looking forward to during your abroad experience?
I am looking forward to living like local and working in the city. I think it will be very inspiring to see such beautiful and historic structures when walking through the city. I am excited to challenge myself and practice my Italian!

Fun Fact (hobbies, interests, accomplishment, etc.)?
This will be my first time in Europe! I am especially drawn to Europe because of its influence in art. I am interested in and have studied art history, so I am excited to see what I have learned about in real life. I also am somewhat of an artist my myself. I am currently studying to be an interior designer and I have always loved to paint and draw! I hope to get great inspiration for my work while in Italy!
