Prior to joining CEA in 2015, Jessica worked as a Media Relations assistant, a TEFL-qualified English teacher, and a TEFL Course Coordinator. She then entered the field of study abroad, working as a Program Manager for an organization in Prague, where she handled all aspects of the study abroad experience.
Jessica earned her BA degree from Nottingham Trent University in England. Originally from Virginia, she has spent half of her life in Europe, since falling in love with the continent during her first study abroad experience at the age of 16. Her experiences have given her valuable exposure to multicultural environments and foreign languages. She has lived in England, Germany, Peru, and the Czech Republic. Jessica is fluent in Czech and German and speaks basic French and Spanish. She enjoys learning new languages, creative writing, and exploring the Czech Republic’s amazing forests.
