About the City

The Colosseum. St. Peter’s Basilica. The Vatican. The Pantheon. Instantly recognizable, absolutely incomparable: If you had to sum up Italy’s capital city with just one word, it would have to be “iconic.” When you study abroad in Rome with CEA CAPA, you’ll live and learn within walking distance of the centers of power that have shaped Western civilization for millennia. Not many opportunities can rival the experience of studying abroad in Rome. From art to architecture, fashion to food, Rome’s history and culture make it the ideal destination for students who wish to live in an influential city that’s long been a source of religious, political, and economic power.
