DESCRIPTION

Students will become familiar with the role of law in environmental issues. Students will learn the structure of regulation in environmental areas after an overview of legislation, regulation and courts. Areas covered by this course range from air and water pollution to recycling, energy and environmental health. Students will also be taught about the differences between French, European and North American legislation.
