In high school my family hosted an exchange student from Madrid and she would tell me about her favorite places in Spain, one of them being Barcelona. Between the people, architecture, art and food, I couldn't imagine myself anywhere else.

Why did you choose your study/intern city?
I’ve been to Nice once in my life, and now’s my chance to become a local. I’ll find the quality options that are necessities in daily function. I’m from Los Angeles and Nice is practically the LA of France.
What are you most looking forward to during your abroad experience?
I am looking forward to becoming localized in Nice. I want to better understand European cultures and daily habits so that I can model myself culturally better in America. French people experience life just like Americans, except everything they use and revolve on is entirely different. I’m sure I’ll be able to tell more once I can call myself a local.
